Langley Compass Group (LCG) has launched a season-long Fantasy Football League, inviting staff, clients, suppliers and business partners to take part in a fundraising initiative in support of the Giles Trust.

The LCG Charity Fantasy Football League runs throughout the 2026/27 Premier League season, which kicks off on Friday 21 August. Unlike a typical fundraiser, there is no entry fee and participants are not asked to donate. Instead, LCG will donate £1 to the Giles Trust for every point scored by the season’s winning Fantasy Premier League (FPL) team, with a guaranteed minimum donation of £1,000, capped at £3,000.

“We wanted to do something different this season – a campaign that brings our staff, clients, suppliers and partners together for a bit of fun with a genuinely worthwhile cause behind it,” said Richard Vickers, Commercial Director at Langley Compass Group. “The Giles Trust does fantastic work, and this felt like a great way to raise real money for a cause that matters to our local community.”

Giles Trust

The Giles Trust was set up in 2015 by former England cricketer Ashley Giles and his wife Stine, and has since raised over £1.3 million to fund brain tumour research, equipment and patient support at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.

Anyone connected to LCG – including staff, clients, suppliers and business partners – can register to take part for free via the campaign sign-up form. Participants will be sent a league join code and can play using their own Fantasy Premier League team throughout the season.

LCG will share league table and donation updates on LinkedIn throughout the season, with the final winner and total donation announced at the end of May 2027, followed by a cheque presentation with the Giles Trust.
